Quality Assurance

All Wallgasm art is hand-processed in India at the highest standards.  Wallgasm will help replace or upgrade your art in the form of an exchange or store credit into a new piece of your choice - additional fees may occur if upgrading to a different design, size or frame option that differs from your original order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for prepaid orders in case of:

    • Damaged or defective items (with proof)

    • Incorrect product received

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Exchanges / Replacements

  • We offer free replacements for products damaged in transit or if a wrong item is delivered.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

    • Change of mind

    • Size preferences

    • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (custom art prints, limited stock), we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our Wallgasm Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge. You may email at support@wallgasm.co or +91 7983 587611
